Our mission

At State Street TMS, we believe that when medication and talk therapy haven't been enough, people deserve another path forward, not a dead end. Our Montpelier clinic brings proven, non-invasive TMS therapy to Vermonters living with depression, OCD, and related conditions, delivered by clinicians who treat each person as more than a diagnosis. We pair genuine psychiatric expertise with the time, attention, and follow-through that recovery actually takes. Our mission is simple: to help you feel like yourself again, with care that starts from where you are.
